It seems a bit strange to receive an award for just one game – but, then again, it was an upset win & thus perhaps representative of the early years. We were all so young in those days! And besides, Konrad lost; Paul pulled off a swindle; in truth, I was player of the year pretty much through process of elimination. Good golly, it’s like King Ralph all over again! When did that movie come out?
